PHILOSOPHY

The HIIT Fitness Studio "aka" H.I.I.T Next Level Fitness specializes in high intensity interval training, athletic performance exercises, plyometrics and functional training.

Our classes are 50 minutes long in which we offer "coach lead" personalized training classes in a bootcamp environment. We also offer 1 on 1 personal training. (Message for details). Our H.I.I.T programs are designed for people of all fitness levels and geared towards helping each client achieve their overall fitness goals.

HOW IT WORKS

First, you are in a group setting (24 max) with individuals of all fitness levels working out in a trainer-led boot camp environment

Your personal fitness coach will lead and teach each class. They will modify each workout for anyone new to our program, or has any health-related issues, as well as any physical limitations.
If we are going to put in the work, you must be accountable for the results that you expect. This means that we will conduct weekly weigh-ins and bi-weekly measurements to ensure that you are on track to meet your fitness goals. Those results will be emailed to you to ensure that you can access your progress anytime that you want.

To get max results we will provide you with a healthy living meal plan designed to help you drop weight, cut inches, improve strength, get lean and look AWESOME.

And last but not least, you will have the time of your life in our energetic fitness studio while driving towards the results that you deserve.
