First, you are in a group setting (max 16) with individuals at all fitness levels doing the same exercises together and trying to achieve great work :results .
These members will become your "Fit Family"
Next, you will have a fitness coach leading each class and each exercise with full instruction. they will even modify each workout for anyone who is new to our program, has any health related issues or any physical limitations.
Now, if we are going to put in the work, we must be accountable for the results that you expect. This means that we will conduct weekly weigh-ins and bi-weekly measurements to ensure that you are on track to meet your goals. Those results will be emailed to you to ensure that you can access your progress anytime that you want.
To get the max results we will provide you with a meal plan designed to help you drop weight, cut inches, improve strength, get lean and look AWESOME.
And last but not least, you will have the time of your life in our lively, energetic fitness studio while driving towards the results that you deserve.
