Best trainer hands down I've been going to the gym for 10 months and he's always finding a way to switch up the routines and I'm constantly getting results I also love my fit fam! Great place to work out and even better environment.
If you want to get whipped into shape this is definitely the place you need to be. Everyday is different work outs that always keep your muscles guessing.
If I could give Lorenzo and team 10 stars I would! Excellent workouts with variety!! Workouts are explained well, easy to follow and the staff is extremely helpful and encouraging. I had never done a HIIT workout before and will definitely do it again!!
HOW IT WORKS
First, you are in a group setting (24 max) with individuals of all fitness levels doing the same exercises together.
These members will become your "Fit Family"
Next, you will have a personal fitness coach leading and teaching each class, they will modify each workout for anyone who are new to our program, has any health-related issues, as well as any physical limitations.
Now, if we are going to put in the work, we must be accountable for the results that you expect. This means that we will conduct weekly weigh-ins and bi-weekly measurements to ensure that you are on track to meet your goals. Those results will be emailed to you to ensure that you can access your progress anytime that you want.
To get the max results we will provide you with a meal plan designed to help you drop weight, cut inches, improve strength, get lean and look AWESOME.
And last but not least, you will have the time of your life in our lively, energetic fitness studio while driving towards the results that you deserve.

The HIIT Fitness Studio "aka" H.I.I.T Next Level Fitness specializes in high intensity interval training, athletic performance exercises, plyometrics and functional training.
Our classes are 50 minutes long in which we offer "coach lead" personalized training classes in a bootcamp environment. We also offer 1 on 1 personal training. (Message for details).
